"Thank you for an amazing four days of training last week. Both the practical adjusting course and the Xactimate course were fantastic. I went into Tuesday with a valid adjuster's license but wondering how, exactly, I was going to do this job--now I feel like I've at least got a running start. Probably I just know enough to be dangerous now, but it beats the heck out of going into a first claim cold!
I thought everything about the classes was really well done. The material was organized, but not pedantic, and we moved at a pace that allowed us to really have a good foundation at the end of our time.
I've attached a picture of me with one of our rabbits; I was bringing them back outside tonight (it had been very cold here for the past few days) and it occurred to me that this was a literal "pat the bunny" moment.
Thank you again for everything both of you did. The courses were worth every penny. I look forward to coming back for advanced training once I've got some experience under my belt."
Sincerely,
Michael W.
"I finished your xactimate class in Dallas. I was Hired out of class for a company out of Connecticut working TWIA claims from IKE and I received 50 to start, and have picked up an additional 20 since that time with a projected $38,000.00+ dollar fee schedule earnings in under 2 months from finishing your course. You know more than I, that it wasn't easy. It was beyond that, and even more. But you all gave me my start, so just let me know what I need to do to help you all out."

"A huge thank you for doing such a terrific job training us! Thanks also for the additional emailed info as well, which is extremely helpful."

"A fantastic course that I would recommend to anyone. The knowledge of the instructors (Tom Long and Adam Gardiner)was amazing. Very professional course highlighted with humor, that I really enjoyed."

"Sir, just wanted to take this time. To thank you for sharing the information you did, it was very informative. I have been stumbling around without a clear direction. Now that you've laid out a clear path. I'm sure that I'll be very successful in the use and operation of the program. Xactimate has a lot of useful information but for me, no real order how to apply, which was clearly brought to my awareness with Xactimate.
Your professional attitude and unbelievable patience made this, just truly one of the best professional classes. I've attended, ever in a long career. My colleagues and I will be contacting you soon about more classes. As, I have been singing your praises.
The best of luck in all your endeavors. God bless your family and our country!"
James S.
"Thanks for a great class. I know there is a lot to cover in the time alotted and you and your staff do a good time of managing the time you have. If you do not mind, could you forward a copy of your Professional Summary. I know you showd us a place on the web site to find different companies to apply to, but I could not find them. Could you attach them as well?"
Thanks again,
Ray B.
"The online class is all you need to pass the test! Money well spent! Thank you."

"I'm a retired Air Canada Captain. I was involved in the training world for many years as a pilot instructor. Since I'm now enjoying retirement, I decided to step out of my comfort zone and try something entirely new for an adventure. I attended your training in West Palm Beach from September 12-19th. I found your training as good as any that I've experienced in the airline industry. Going straight from your course to helping the victims of Hurricane Ike, the training I received was invaluable. As a further compliment, you've taken my calls to further explain a couple of items when you had the option of ignoring my requests. When any of us start out, we all do so with a feeling of trepidation and uncertainty. You've helped immensely in every way. Thank you so much for your excellent training, and ongoing requests for information."

"I took your Basic Adjusting class in Dallas last week. Thanks for the tip on using a professional summary! I was hired within 24 hours of sending it out and am now working my first 36 claims!"
Constance D.
"Just thought I would send you a note thanking you for the Classes I took with you.
I have been able to get work adjusting. I am now doing day claims with a couple of companies. One is residential and one is commercial.
The first time I had to put an estimate in Xactimate, I was so nervous. I thought that this would be my first and last job. I went brain dead when I started to enter the job. I took out the Fundamentals of Xactimate that I received in class and followed it step by step. I was able to get my estimate completed and sent in. NOW, the hard part. My supervisor called me to go over my estimate. I asked him how bad was it? To my surprise he told me it was excellent. He said he has adjusters that have been doing claims for years that can’t do half as good. He couldn’t believe that this was my first job much less my first estimate. I was sooooooo proud.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your help. If you weren’t such a good teacher I probably wouldn’t be sending you this note."
Martha R.
"I appreciate the xactimate class and you did a very good job of instructing in spite of the one guy falling asleep from alcohol abuse and sleep deprivation. :) Your class was very informative and that was some of the best money that I have spent in my quest to refining my adjuster skills since I went through the All-lines training to get my license 3 years ago."
Shelby N.
"Just wanted you to know that I am very pleased with the adjuster training class that I recently took with your school. I especially enjoyed and learned from the Xactimate computer training course. Adam Gardiner, the instructor, was an excellent teacher. I highly recommend this course to others who are interested in learning Xactimate."
Robert G.
"The class was excellent! Tom did a great job on the licensing portion of the course, and Adam really got us jump started with Xactimate. I enjoyed it so much that I have two friends signing up for the October class in New Orleans! Thanks for everything!"
Rob B.
"Thank you to Tom, Adam and your staff for a thorough, informative and professionally run class. Your Texas All-Lines course narrows in on such a complex subject then makes it easy to understand and effectively apply those tools in the field. Also, myself and two of my business partners took the Xactimate class despite using the product for a few years now. The class pays for itself in one day. We are able to effectively handle 1-2 more claims a day with the understanding of the upgrades the newer version has. This class is a must for novice and intermediate users. I highly recommend ALL-LINES to anyone considering these classes."
Don S.
"I've trainined insurance agents for about 10 years now and understand what goes into the training process. Just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with your knowledge, experience, and the way you present the daily application of the entire adjusting process. Thanks for such an in depth and very understandable solution to a very difficult process."
Todd D.
"Adam Gardiner is, by far, the best instructor I have ever taken a professional class from, and I have taken at least 25 classes over the years in different fields. His class is the very first where I did not have a compulsion to take a nap. He is very engaging and has an excellent style of teaching you the information that you need to know, in a way that is simple to remember and is not frustrating. His style is informative, engaging and entertaining while keeping discussions and interactions with students on track and helpful. His classes are not a grinding chore. Instead, I started to look forward to them which was a pleasant surprise for me. He is very knowledgeable and willing to help any student who needs it including graciously donating his break and after class time to help. I researched many different schools and he far exceeded my expectations. If anyone has any interest at all in learning this material and receiving an All-Lines Adjuster License, I can say without any doubt in my mind that you will get far more out of his class, and far more for your money than anywhere else. I am a bit of a skeptic and hard to win over. All I can say is this is the first recommendation I have ever written."
Michael R.
"So I just wanted to let you know that your class was really good. I left West Palm with a very strong understanding of the fundamentals of insurance adjusting. So thank you so much. I just sent my buddy Jason Lewinski down to New Orleans to take your next class, and I did write a glowing email to Mariposa about your class. So thanks again, I'll be sending my brothers down next. Take care."
Brandon K.

"I loved the classes. With your experience and knowledge I felt very comfortable leaving the classes to begin my new career. The Basic Adjusting 101 is worth so much. I was able to begin searching through the avenues discussed in the class which quickly lead to a position with an adjusting firm. Allines training is GREAT!"
Mike B.
"Pilot hired me Monday, training all week, we stage tomorrow and Saturday, go to IKE on Sunday! Thanks. I’ve told many about AllLines."
Richard K.
"As an Insurance Professional for 23 years, I found Adam to be at the top of his game. His instruction, humor, and presentation added value to the experience. My husband and I have been to many seminars and training sessions over the years. We both found this school to be of value. I am jaded to the industry, but Adam has changed my mind and is truly a good example of the best of the best. The information was excellent and we are prepared to go out now!"
Cheryl A.
"I was very pleased with the Xactimate 25 training I received through All Lines Training. The instructor’s knowledge of the program was very deep. Our class was mixed with beginning computer users to advanced users and our instructor kept the pace just right for everyone. I would recommend this class to anyone looking to learn more about Xactimate 25."
Mike B.
"The adjusters class I just finished was great! I told the instructor (Adam) that that was the first time for me at a computer in the xactimate class. The teaching was superb! Thanks to everyone for the learning experience."
Tommy C.
"All-Lines Training provides that rare combination of delivering knowledge necessary to pass the Texas licensing exam, and, more importantly, wisdom necessary to be a successful adjuster. The instructors teach from experience, know the law, know the skills/tools needed to succeed, and imparted this knowledge and wisdom to us. The three courses I took (Texas All Lines Adjuster pre-licensing, Practical adjusting, and Xactimate) were an excellent beginning, and I enter the field of catastrophe adjusting being prepared and filled with confidence. It was money well spent, and I highly recommend All-Lines Training without reservation."
Richard K.
"Thank you for your time, you have been very helpful. I cannot say enough good things about you and the company!"
Debbie T.
"Thanks a gazillion! I've been in the insurance business for almost 11 years, given over 250 seminars for product and training, and I must say, 'your practical knowledge and real world experience in the classroom is superb.'
When I was searching the internet for a class to get certified, I spoke to almost every company on the web, asked them all a dozen questions before deciding to take your class. I was so confident it would be the best choice, I brought 7 other people with me including my father. He's in his 37th year as a finish carpenter, he brought the first computer he's ever owned to class and in 3 days he's a wiz with Xactimate. You made it simple and easy to learn. We're all very excited about our new career.
Thank you All Lines Training and most of all, Thank you Adam."
Clint C.
"I have been a corporate level software trainer for 10-15 years, and I've seen some great trainers, and some bad ones. You do a great job. I learned the stuff I needed, and a lot of things it wouild have taken me a long time to learn while on the job."
Richard K.
"Just wanted to say thanks for the classes in TX back at the end of May. You coming in to teach us Xactimate was great. It only took me 3 weeks after I got back to find a job. I am writing dailies now and they have even started throwing me some commercial. Again, thanks for the great training."
Brent L.
"You taught a great class, I could have stood a couple more days. I can see everything in xactimate is coming together now. I would like to get your resume or your summary sheet and any other ideas that would be helpful. You had a great idea in putting a resume together. Thanks for your help again"
Adrian S.
"I really enjoyed the classes. Adam is a great teacher! I like the way his on the job experience can be related to each subjects."
Gregory B.
"Just wanted to share with you an update on what I'm now up to since getting my license from All-lines and taking your basic class/xactimate training.
I followed all the advise that you gave us in class. I faxed out my personal summary to every company on catadjusters.org. This was worth the time. I am on five Roster and I even got a call from Amcat Adjusting (this was big). I had to wait four months for that call. I'm just waiting for my Texas license to come in, so that they can deployed me.
I picked up an re-inspection job from a company in Tampa, Florida. They understood that I had not completed an inspection as an adjusted, but was willing to give me a try. It was the personal summary that got me a call back.
I am on four Rosters. The great thing about being on big companies rosters is that offer free certification for things like State Farm and Citizens, but first I had to get on their roster. (Personal Summary magic)
From the catadjusters.org web site, I just started doing daily work for a company right here in my hometown. I saw their ad on catadjusters.org, e-mailed my personal summary and followed up with a call. I'm doing commercial claims for them. If I don't know what to do, the company is happy to show me. I thought with no experience it would be hard to get work, but what I found was, if you want to be a staff adjuster there is plenty of companies that will hirer you. I personally did not want to work for anyone, it took a bit more time and a lot of emails, but I couldn't be happier.
I'm so happy now, that I talked my best friend into coming to your class and getting her license. Ellen, hates her job that she has now and it doesn't pay. I told her how much I was making and the freedom I have, she was sold. Ellen called you last week. The best part is that we can work together on jobs. Her husband is going to do the calling for us, to set up the appointments and paper work. Love it!
With jobs disappearing around us, insurance is a great place to be. I was working for a large bank before I got my license and they just laid off 6,000 people. I would have been one of them.
So, thanks for changing my life and returning my phone calls, with all my stupid questions!"
Sincerely,
Michele A.
"I think the class was worth every penny spent! Adam is a great teacher. I will definitely be referring my associates to this school!"
Richard S.
"I absolutely LOVED the class and the training. I have been doing adjusting as an assistant for the past five years but I learned so much in this class. The trainer, Adam was wonderful. He is so knowledgeable and patient and gave such in-site in to the field of adjusting. I would recommend this class to anyone, new adjuster or anyone who has been in the field for years.
I was especially impressed with the way that Adam handled the questions in class. I have to admit that I got a little aggravated at some of the questions that I felt was not related or was a matter of common sense. But Adam handled them with such tact and never missed a beat. After seeing him the classroom, I can only imagine what an incredible adjuster he is in the field."
Mary Ann Y.
"On behalf of myself and my staff, I would like to express our appreciation for the outstanding class that you held regarding your Texas Property and Casualty Adjuster Pre-Licensing Course. Your expertise, and course curriculum, along with your well organized and professional style of presentation was highly effective.
I would highly recommend the course for anyone seeking a comprehensive pre-licensing course. We look forward to taking any additional applicable courses from All-Lines Training that your company may offer in the future."
Carmen C.
"Thanks again for the best run training class I have ever attended. That is saying something since I was, for a short time, a training instructor for Pacific Bell. As
you well know, we trainers, and former trainers, are the harshest critics. Keep up the outstanding work. I am sure I will be attending your adjuster licensing class.
In the meanwhile, please send me a copy of that great picture of the Bushes. I love it!!"
Jim M.
“I just returned from the class in Dallas and I wanted to let you know how much i enjoyed it !”
Rich R.
"Just a quick note to say you're a great teacher and Richard and I appreciate how much you were able to teach us in such a short time.
Best wishes to you and yours. We'll be recommending you to others, for sure!"
Debbie T.
"Thank you for the great class, I've found a job already. Thanks again!"
Paul S.
"I just wanted to thank you again for the class. You all did a really good job. What really struck me was the impact that finding employment in this field could mean for people in the class. If they can get in and make it work, it would change their life in significant, positive ways. Helping people move forward and live a happier life is a pretty cool accomphlishment. Thanks again."
Dawn S.
"I just wanted to say how much I appreciated the course this weekend. Having sat through countless hours of similar real estate courses, I have a profound appreciation for someone who enjoys teaching and makes it enjoyable for the class. Thanks again!"
Josh S.
"Thank you so much for the energy you put into your teaching. I have taught many technical classes and certainly admire your efforts. The class was great!"
Hector D.
"Wow! Your training was the best! Your "on-hands" style of teaching was superb. You helped me fill in the gaps, plus I've had several job offers. Thanks, and all the best to you and Dan."
Jim H.
"I think you and your team did a great job. You went the extra mile to teach the course and explain the difficult issues. I have recommended it to several of my appraiser friends."
